How to Create the

Company ObjectFollow these steps to set up a new company in Accommador:

  1. Navigate to the Companies Section:Use the main navigation bar on the left to navigate to ContactsNavigate to the tab labeled Companies in the secondary navigation ribbon at the top of the page
  2. Add a New CompanyClick on the blue button at the top right labeled + New Company.
  3. Enter Company DetailsEnter the company details in the box on the right of the screen. Below are the details you are able to add:Company Name (mandatory)Phone NumberEmailWebsiteDescriptionAddress Details (Street, City, Postal Code, Country)Please Note: Only the company name is required, but adding more details enhances usability.

How to Edit or

Update Company DetailsGo to the Company ListUse the main navigation bar to Navigate to ContactsSelect the Companies tab in the top navigation barClick the three dots (...) next to the company you would like to edit and choose Edit CompanyUpdate DetailsModify any necessary fields. Save ChangesClick Save to apply the updates.

How to Delete a Company

Go to the Company ListUse the main navigation bar to Navigate to ContactsSelect the Companies tab in the top navigation barSelect the Company to DeleteClick the three dots (...) next to the company you would like to edit and choose Delete CompanyConfirm DeletionClick Yes to confirm. Note: Deleting a company clears the Company field in associated contacts but does not delete the contacts themselves.

How to Add Contacts to a Company

Navigate to the Contact's ProfileUse the main navigation bar to Navigate to ContactsFind the Contact you would like to add to the company and click on the contact's nameAssign the Company: Select the Company tab in the secondary navigation bar on the left of the pageSearch for and select the company. Save ChangesClick Save to update the contact's association.

For bulk assignment, select multiple contacts and assign them to a company at once.

How to Remove a
