AI drafts, you approve

An AI assistant can prepare a booking, quote, payment or task — but nothing is committed until a person reads the draft and approves it.

An assistant that can read is convenient. One that can act is only safe if a person holds the pen. In Accommador the line is built in: an AI assistant can prepare a booking, a quote, a payment record or a task — but nothing touches your books until you confirm it.

How a draft works

  1. You ask — say, "book Sarah Chen into a Riverview unit, the 12th to the 14th".
  2. The assistant prepares a draft, checked against live availability and pricing at that moment, and shows you a summary: exactly what would be created or changed, and the amounts involved.
  3. Nothing has happened yet. If you don't confirm, the draft simply expires on its own after about 15 minutes.
  4. When you confirm, everything is checked again against the live position. If anything moved in between — the room sold, a payment landed, the price changed — the confirmation stops and tells you, instead of acting on stale facts.

What can be drafted

New bookings, changes to existing bookings, quotes, payment records, collecting an outstanding balance (which sends the guest a secure payment link), new tasks and task updates. In every case the draft names the exact effect before you approve it.

The same rules as the app

A confirmed draft runs through exactly the same checks as the same action done on screen. An assistant can't create a booking the calendar would refuse you, or record a payment the payments screen wouldn't accept. And a confirmation can't run twice — so there's no double-created booking or double-recorded payment hiding behind a repeated message.

Small guest actions are fenced instead

A few small guest-facing actions don't use drafts — adding an extra to a booking, logging a request, sending the check-in link, briefly holding dates. Those are fenced by hard limits instead: extras only at their listed catalogue price, strict caps on how often each action can run per booking, and no card or contact details ever visible to the assistant.

Why the line exists

Reads are reversible — a wrong answer costs a follow-up question. Changes touch money and guests. Keeping every change behind a human approval means you get the speed of asking in plain language, without ever discovering that "the AI booked someone in" was the first you'd heard of it.
