Use Accommador from Claude

Connect Claude to Accommador with a copy-and-paste and one approval screen — then ask about availability, arrivals and your numbers in plain language.

Once Claude is connected to Accommador, "what's free this weekend?" and "how did last month compare with last year?" get answered from your live data, inside the conversation you're already having. The setup is a copy-and-paste and one approval screen.

Connect Claude

  1. Open AI → AI Tools. The page shows the connection address for AI assistants — copy it.
  2. In Claude's settings, add a new connector and paste that address.
  3. Claude sends you to an Accommador approval screen. Sign in if you aren't already, check what's being granted, and approve.
  4. That's it. Back in Claude, ask something real: "who's arriving tomorrow?"

What to ask

  • Availability — "what do we have free for the long weekend?"
  • Today — arrivals, departures, who's in house, open tasks. On Claude surfaces that support it, some of these answers arrive as a small interactive board rather than a paragraph.
  • Your numbers — occupancy, average nightly rate, revenue, pace: the same figures as Reporting, so nothing needs double-checking against the app.
  • Rate suggestions — what the revenue engine is currently advising.

Claude can also prepare changes — a booking, a quote, a payment record, a task — but every one of those stays a draft until you approve it: see AI drafts, you approve.

Staying connected

You approve once. The connection then stays active in the background — nothing to re-enter each session. Every assistant you've approved is listed on the AI Tools page under your connected apps; disconnect one there at any time and its access ends immediately.

Troubleshooting

Does this work with ChatGPT or other tools?

Yes. Assistants that support the same connector standard set up the same way, from the same page; tools that instead ask for an access key can use one created there too — see managing what AI can reach.

The approval screen asked me to sign in

That's expected. Approval is tied to your Accommador account, so only someone who can sign in can grant access. Sign in and the approval continues where it left off.
