Rate suggestions you stay in charge of
Accommador suggests nightly prices from your demand, with a plain-English reason for each. Nothing changes until you apply it.
Under Distribution → Revenue Management, Accommador reads your demand and suggests a nightly price for each room type and date — and then it waits. Every suggestion is advisory. Nothing about your pricing changes until you choose to apply it.
What a suggestion looks like
For each date and room type you've enabled, you see the current rate, the suggested rate, and a plain-English reason: how booked the date is, how it's selling compared with your own history, and what's pushing the price up or holding it down. You're never asked to trust a number you can't interrogate — if you want the full story, read how rate suggestions are worked out.
You set the rails
Rate suggestions are switched on per room type. For each one you set three numbers: the base rate the engine works from, a minimum it may never go below, and a maximum it may never go above. Whatever demand does, a suggestion cannot cross your floor or your ceiling.
Applying a suggestion
When you apply the suggestions you agree with, the new rates go out through exactly the same pipeline as editing your rates by hand — to your booking sites and your own booking page together, so everywhere sells at the new price. One prerequisite: one-click apply is available once Accommador is the home of your rates. If you're still managing rates somewhere else, the page points you to the Channel Manager to take that over first.
The record
Each day's suggestions are kept, along with every rate you actually applied. You can look back at what was suggested, what you accepted and what you skipped — and a performance view shows how the advice has tracked over time, so trust is something the feature earns rather than asks for.
Why it never acts alone
You know things the data can't: the festival that moved, the road closure, the regular who always gets the quiet-season rate. Suggestions put the analysis in front of you and leave the judgement where it belongs. The day a suggestion is wrong, it costs you nothing but the glance it took to skip it.
