Set prices and stay rules for all your sites
One grid for prices, minimum stays and closed dates across every connected site — edit a cell, drag a range or bulk update, then save once.
Your prices and stay rules for every connected site live in one grid in Accommador. Set a price once and every site sells at it; set a minimum stay once and every site enforces it. There's nothing to copy between sites, and nothing to keep in step by hand.
The grid
Open Distribution → Channel Manager and go to the rates screen. Dates run across the top; down the side are your room types, and under each one the price plans it sells. For each plan and each date you can set the nightly price and the stay rules — minimum stay, closed to arrival, closed to departure and stop-sell (see what each rule does). Each room type also shows how many rooms are left to sell on each date — that number is worked out for you and can't be edited here (see how availability is worked out).
Editing
- Click a cell to set its value, or click and drag across a row to select a run of dates and set them all at once.
- Changed cells are highlighted while you work — nothing is sent anywhere yet.
- Save when you're done. Your changes are applied together and flow out to every connected site. Reset instead if you want to discard them.
Bulk updates over a date range
For bigger jobs — next season's prices, a two-night minimum on every weekend — use the bulk update. Pick one or more date ranges, the days of the week they apply to, the rules you're setting and the room types and plans they cover, then apply it all in one save. A whole season's pricing is a minute's work.
Accommador is the single place you edit
Once a property manages its rates in Accommador, this grid is the source of truth. A price or rule edited directly on an individual booking site doesn't flow back — it will be overwritten by what Accommador holds, within a day at the latest. That's deliberate: one authoritative copy is what keeps ten sites consistent. Make every change here and every site follows.
Every change is recorded
Each cell keeps its own history — who changed it, when, and what it changed from and to. Click a cell and open its history to see exactly how a price came to be what it is.
FAQ
Do my changes reach the sites immediately?
Yes — saves flow out within moments, and Accommador also re-sends the full picture overnight as a safety net.
Why can't I edit some cells?
Cells on a linked plan that follows another plan's price are set by the plan they follow — edit the parent plan and the linked one updates itself. See rate plans that follow your room prices.
