How the channel manager keeps every site in sync

One calendar behind Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda and 100+ more. Sell a night anywhere and every other site updates in seconds — included in your plan.

List your rooms on Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda and more without ever updating them one by one. The Channel Manager is built into Accommador: every site sells from the same calendar, and every site is corrected the moment anything changes.

One calendar behind every site

Accommador connects to more than 100 booking sites. They all sell from the one pool of rooms — the same pool your own calendar shows. When a guest books a night anywhere, that night comes off sale on every other site within seconds. When a booking is cancelled, the night goes straight back on sale everywhere. Because there is only one pool, you can't sell the same night twice — see how availability is worked out.

Set once, flows everywhere

Prices, minimum stays and closed dates are set once in Accommador and flow to every connected site — one edit, not one edit per site. The rates and stay rules grid is the single place you manage them. Availability is never typed in at all: Accommador works it out from your rooms, your bookings and any dates you've taken off sale, so it's always right by construction.

Bookings land themselves

When a guest books on any connected site, the booking appears on your calendar within moments — guest details, dates, price and the site's confirmation code, with nothing to type in. Changes and cancellations made on the site flow in the same way. See what happens when a booking arrives.

Your own booking page is different

Bookings taken on your own booking page, or by your team at the desk, live only in Accommador — they don't need a listing on any booking site, and no commission is involved. They still count against availability instantly, so the sites stop selling those nights just the same.

Included in your plan

The Channel Manager is part of Accommador, not a separate product. There's no separate bill for it and no second login — it's simply how your calendar reaches the booking sites.

Getting started
