Your dashboard: the day at a glance
Today's arrivals and departures, how full you are and how the money is tracking — one screen that builds itself from your bookings.
The Dashboard is the first screen you see when you sign in, and it answers the first questions of the day: who's arriving, who's leaving, how full you are and how the money is tracking. There's nothing to configure — it builds itself from your bookings and lights up the moment you have some.
The cards, top to bottom
- Headline numbers — occupancy, rates and revenue for the period you've picked, at a glance.
- Pace and the weeks ahead — how your future dates are filling compared with the same time last year, so a soft patch shows up while there's still time to do something about it.
- Where bookings came from — the period's split between your own booking page and each of the booking sites.
- Revenue trend — revenue over the selected period, so you can see the shape, not just the total.
- Today's operations — today's arrivals, departures and who's currently in house.
- Recent bookings — the latest bookings as they land, from every source.
The period picker
A small picker at the top switches between This month, Last 30 days and Last 90 days. It drives the performance cards — the headline numbers, the revenue trend and the booking-source split. The live cards ignore it on purpose: today's operations, recent bookings and the forward-looking pace card always show the current picture, whatever period you're reviewing.
The same numbers as your reports
Every figure on the Dashboard is worked out the same way, from the same bookings, as the full reports library. A card here will always agree with the matching report — there's one set of numbers, shown at two depths. When a card raises a question, the report is where you go for the answer.
Nothing to set up
While you're still setting your property up, the setup board sits on the Dashboard instead, walking you through going live. Once setup is complete, the cards above take over. If a card has nothing to show yet, it simply waits for bookings — a quiet card on a new account is normal, not broken.
