Export a report

Get any report out of Accommador as a spreadsheet-ready CSV — plus per-unit owner statements as CSV or PDF.

Sooner or later the numbers need to leave Accommador: your accountant wants a spreadsheet, an owners' meeting wants something on paper, or you want to work on the figures yourself. Any report can come out as a file.

Export any report table

  1. Open Reporting and set the report up the way you want it on screen — date range, comparison, and any booking-site or room-type filter.
  2. Export the table. You get a CSV file — the universal spreadsheet format that opens straight into Excel or Google Sheets.
  3. The file contains what the screen showed: the same numbers, for the same period, with the same filters. What you saw is what they get.

Owner statements

If you manage rooms for owners, their money deserves better than a hand-built spreadsheet. Accommador produces an owner statement for any date range — revenue broken down per unit, an optional management-fee percentage, and a reconciliation of the payments actually received — downloadable as a CSV or a finished PDF.

Sometimes you don't need a file at all

If the question is quick — "what was occupancy last month?" — a connected AI assistant can answer it directly from the same reporting figures, no export required. Save the files for the conversations that need a document.

Troubleshooting

The export doesn't show the comparison I expected

The export mirrors the screen. Set the date range, comparison and filters first, then export — if a figure isn't in the table in front of you, it won't be in the file.

What do I send the accountant?

A revenue report for the period, exported as CSV, usually covers it. And if you use Xero, remember that most of what an accountant wants is already flowing there, coded and ready to reconcile — the export is for the questions the books don't answer, like occupancy and rate.
