Run more than one property from one login

If you run more than one property, you don't need more than one Accommador. One login carries them all, with a property switcher in the top navigation deciding which property you're working on at any moment.

The switcher

The switcher sits in the top navigation on every screen. Pick a property and the screens follow: the property editor, rooms, the calendar, the dashboard tiles and your booking-site connections all show the property you've selected. Accommador remembers your selection, so you come back to the property you were working on. To add another property, open the switcher and choose Add property… — you get the same setup form as your first, and each property makes its own choices, including its own currency.

What's per property, what's shared

Each property stands on its own: its rooms and room types, its prices, its booking window, its bookings and calendar, its booking-site connections, its own booking page and its own reporting. Each property also runs its own setup board, so a new property starts its own path to live without disturbing the ones already trading.

What's shared is you: one login, one account, one guest list across your properties.

Seeing everything at once

Two places bring your properties together:

• The calendar. Once you have more than one property, the bookings calendar gains an all-properties view, with rooms grouped under each property's name. Bookings can't be dragged from one property to another — a stray drag snaps back — and starting a booking on another property's rows opens that property's booking flow, so nothing lands in the wrong place.
• The dashboard. A rollup card lists one row per property so you can scan the portfolio at a glance. The rows deliberately aren't summed into one grand total: different properties can trade in different currencies and count different kinds of unit, and a single added-up number would be meaningless.

Working day to day

The habit worth forming is glancing at the switcher before you act — the property it shows is the property your edits, connections and reports belong to. Booking sites connect per property (select the property first, then connect — see Connect a booking site), and each property publishes its own booking page.

Troubleshooting

I can't find a booking / my rooms look wrong

Check the switcher first. Nine times out of ten the screen is fine — it's just showing a different property than the one you're thinking of.

Can I move a booking to my other property?

Not by dragging — the calendar snaps it back to keep each property's record clean. Take the booking again on the other property and cancel the original.
