General

How Accommador works and who it's built for.

Owner-run properties — motels, B&Bs, lodges and cabins, houseboats, boutique hotels and villas. If you have minimum-stay or set-arrival rules, it fits especially well.

Sell a room anywhere and every other booking site updates within seconds. The same night never gets sold twice.

Yes — free on the yearly plan. We bring your rooms, prices, future bookings and guest history across, and you are live within 14 days.

You see which ad actually filled the room, long after browsers stop tracking — so you can stop paying for the ads that never book anyone.

Everything is encrypted, in storage and in transit. Card details are never stored on or read by our systems — Stripe and PayDollar handle those directly. You decide who on your team sees what.

We set you up for you, one-on-one, and stay on hand afterwards. There are short video walkthroughs and a searchable help centre for everything else.

Yes — 100+ booking sites including Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia and Agoda, plus Stripe and PayDollar for payments and Xero for your books. All included in the plan, with no integration fee.

It runs the whole cycle: your website and booking page, your calendar and front desk, your guest messages, your payments, 100+ booking sites in sync, and your books in Xero. One login instead of thirteen.

Pricing & plans

What you pay, what comes with it, and how billing works.

Yes — free on the yearly plan. We bring your bookings, prices, rooms and booking-site connections across for you.

It’s $500/mo whatever your room count — no per-room charge, no new plan, no “contact sales.”

Yes. Monthly billing simply stops, with nothing to claw back. Yearly plans are pro-rated if you cancel in the first 30 days. No long contracts either way.

Yes. $500/mo per location, or $5,000/yr — about two months free. Every feature is switched on, whatever your room count. Run more than one property and a single login manages the lot, each billed at $500/mo. What you send guests — emails, texts, call minutes — is billed per item on top, with every rate published on the pricing page.

30 days free. Cancel before the trial ends and you pay nothing. Most operators know within a week whether it beats what they run now.

No setup fee, and moving you across is free on the yearly plan. You never pay to get started. Running the property costs the usual card-processing fees, plus what you send to guests, billed per item — every one of those rates is published on the pricing page.

Security & privacy

How your data and your guests' data stay protected.

It’s stored in our region, backed up and encrypted. Your bookings, guests, prices and reports are yours — reports and guest records export to CSV whenever you need them, and if you ever leave we’ll hand your data over.

You decide. Front desk can take bookings without ever seeing card details or takings; managers see what they need to manage. Every change to a booking is logged, with who made it and when.

Everything is encrypted in storage and in transit, and the keys you save can never be read back — not even by our support team. Card details are never stored on or read by our systems; Stripe and PayDollar handle those directly.
