Most booking platforms sync your calendar. Almost none of them fill it.
Keeping your booking sites in sync is table stakes. Marketing, reviews, ad tracking and Xero that reconciles itself are usually separate bills, bought from someone else, every month. Ours bundles all of it — eight things that fill rooms — for $500/mo, published, no call required.
- One price, before any call
- Eight things that fill rooms, not sold separately
- Nobody paid to be on this list
Twelve of these won’t tell you what they cost
Sixteen booking platforms are sold to Australian operators. Four will show you a price without asking for your phone number. None of the sixteen shows you what you’d still need to buy alongside it to do what we do in one login — that’s the rest of this page.

One platform shows its price and fills your rooms.
Pricing checked across all 16 platforms on their own sites, May–July 2026. “Cost to match us” figures are our estimate of what you’d pay elsewhere, at typical Australian market rates, for the parts of our bundle a platform’s licence doesn’t include — not what that platform charges. Confirm current pricing with each vendor.

Questions we get asked
Because hiding it is a sales tactic, not a service. It’s $500/mo, or $5,000/yr paid yearly, with everything included, whatever your room count. That’s the whole price list.
It’s our estimate of what you’d still need to buy — a guest database, SMS, reviews, ad tracking and so on — to do what Accommador already bundles, priced at typical Australian market rates for those bought elsewhere. It is never what the platform itself charges for them, and we say so everywhere it appears.
We’re obviously not neutral. So every fact about another platform comes from their own public pages, our price is right there to check, and nobody pays to appear here.
We move you — bookings, rates, booking-site connections and Xero — free on the yearly plan, and your listings never go dark. On monthly, our AI walks you through it step by step.
The first 10 operators get everything for $5,000/yr, that price held for life, and we move you over free.
Every figure on this page is a modelled estimate, on the assumptions stated below — not a quote, not an offer, and not what any particular property will pay.Where a figure is a range, an estimate or unverified, this page labels it as such rather than presenting it as fact.
Modelling assumes a 30-room Australian property at 65% occupancy, A$180 average daily rate, a 2.0-night average stay and a 65% online booking share, with United States dollar figures converted at the market spot rate of AUD/USD 0.6973 as at 24 July 2026, and stated ex-GST — see the full working, every vendor's longhand sum and what remains unverified at the methodology page. A different property's numbers will differ.
Every named source was checked on each vendor's own public pages and carries an access date of 26 July 2026. Pricing changes without notice — always verify current pricing directly with the vendor before making a decision.
