Accommador vs Mews: No Price on Their Site. Ours Is $500. Theirs Is $1,220–2,000 Once You Rebuild What We Bundle.
Mews is genuinely excellent enterprise hotel software, but matching what Accommador bundles on top of a per-room Mews quote realistically costs $1,220–$2,000 a month for 30 rooms before Mews’ own published card-payments margin — against Accommador’s flat $500/mo, marketing included, no quote call.
- The price, without a quote call
- No margin taken on your card payments

Accommador vs Mews, side by side
| Capability | Accommador | Mews |
|---|---|---|
| Transparent public pricing | $500/mo or $5,000/yr — no demo needed | Not published anywhere — their Australian pricing pages 404. Modelled all-in: $1,220–2,000/mo once you add the apps you’d need, before their payments margin |
| Marketing suite included (email/SMS/WhatsApp, CRM, reputation) | built in | Guest profiles and transactional email only — no campaign, SMS/WhatsApp or reputation product. Their entry plan caps you at eight marketplace apps, and Booking.com and Expedia already spend two of them |
| Booking engine | your own booking page, on your own web address | included on the entry plan, with no per-booking commission — a genuine strength, no catch found |
| Wins min-stay searches (alternative dates) | shows the 3 nearest bookable dates with prices | Guests just get “no availability” |
| Channel manager included | 50+ booking sites | included — though it is SiteMinder white-labelled, announced May 2026, not their own mature product |
| Server-side ad attribution (survives Apple’s cookie cap) | see which ads book rooms | Doesn’t do it — and there’s nothing like it in their app marketplace either |
| Payments + security-bond holds | card payments, security bond held automatically | Mews Payments — their own worked example is a 1.1%++ margin (about $400–870/mo at 30 rooms), taken straight out of your merchant account |
| Self-reconciling Xero | reconciles itself | Exportable reports for simplified accounting only — a live Xero sync is a marketplace app |
| AU-based support | Australian — you speak to the founder | Their own contact page lists Australia as a remote location — a Sydney phone number, no street address; standard support is a 24/7 chatbot with a 24-hour general-request target |
Mews facts from their public pricing page, Master Terms and Conditions v5.0 and payments-fees page, plus industry-reported per-room rates, July 2026. They publish no price anywhere; cost figures are modelled and labelled as estimates. Confirm with Mews.
What each platform is actually for
Mews is probably the most modern hotel software on the market — beautiful, deep reporting, kiosks and card terminals, and a big library of apps to bolt on. For a city aparthotel group, it belongs on the shortlist.
But that approach assumes a team: someone to choose the add-ons, join them up, manage the vendors and reconcile the numbers. And a price quoted per room, per module, after a call.
Accommador assumes the opposite — one owner, no IT department, no patience for quote calls. Everything is already joined up, for one bill you can read right now: $500/mo.
The case against Mews, in plain terms
Mews is a beautiful piece of software with a genuinely enormous app library. For an independent Australian property, here’s the case for us — line by line, from their own pricing page, legal terms and contract:
You can price it without a sales call.
There’s no figure anywhere on the Mews site and no Australian pricing page at all — theirs 404s. Modelled all-in, once you add what you’d still need to buy, it lands at $1,220–$2,000/mo for 30 rooms, before their payments margin. Ours is on the page, and it’s the same number for everyone.
The payments margin can cost more than the software.
Mews’ own legal page uses 1.1%++ as its worked example — on a 30-room property that’s roughly $400–870 a month, deducted straight out of your merchant account under their terms. We take nothing off your card payments.
You’re billed per room — and per car park.
Their terms bill "spaces" (rooms, beds, apartments) and "bookable services" (car parks, meeting rooms, desks), with a contractual right to true up the invoice if your count grows. We charge $500 for the property, full stop.
The apps aren’t included, and there’s a ceiling.
Matching what we bundle — a guest database, an SMS and WhatsApp tool, a reviews tool, a revenue tool — costs another $775–1,270 a month at your size. Their entry plan only allows eight integrations, and Booking.com and Expedia already use two of them.
The contract renews itself.
A Mews agreement auto-renews for however long you originally signed, with no termination for convenience and no refunds on prepaid fees. Sign for two years and doing nothing re-signs you for two more. We’re month to month.
A person answers, in your timezone.
Standard support is a 24/7 chatbot with a 24-hour general response target, and even paid premium support runs Czech business hours. Their own contact page lists Australia as a remote location — a phone number, not an office. You get the founder.
Search dates that break your minimum-stay rule
Most booking pages answer "no availability" and the guest is gone. Accommador shows the three nearest open nights with prices, so the near miss becomes a booking.

| SMS and WhatsApp campaigns | Yes. Both channels, in the one price | Not offered. Automated SMS is a check-in reminder on the dearer tier, not a campaign. SMS and WhatsApp marketing needs a marketplace app. |
| Guest CRM | Yes. Every past guest, segmentable | Partial. Guest Intelligence gives genuine 360° profiles and lifetime-value notes — but it’s data-led, not campaign-capable. |
| Reputation management | Yes. Review requests and replies built in | Not offered. No review-management product at all — marketplace only. |
| Ad attribution that lasts | Yes. Server-side — keeps working after browsers stop tracking | Not offered. Doesn’t do it. |
| Your own booking page | Yes. On your own web address, no cut taken | Yes. Bundled on the entry plan with no per-booking commission — a genuine, sourced strength. |
| Alternative-date search | Yes. Shows the 3 nearest open nights, priced | Not offered. Guests just get “no availability”. |
| Self-reconciling Xero | Yes. Reconciles itself | Partial. Exportable reports for simplified accounting; a live sync is a marketplace app. |

The full pricing picture
Industry reporting puts it around A$440–730 a month for 30 rooms, and they bill per room plus per car park, meeting room and desk. Their own legal pages show a payments margin that on a property your size can cost more than the software does. Then the apps: matching what we include costs another A$775–1,270 a month, and their entry plan only allows eight integrations, two of which Booking.com and Expedia already use.
$500/mo, or $5,000/yr paid yearly — about two months free.

A guest database and email A$86–430, SMS and WhatsApp A$258 (plus about A$981 one-off onboarding), reputation A$107–258, revenue management about A$324. Their entry plan allows eight marketplace integrations — Booking.com and Expedia already use two. These are our estimates of what you’d pay those app vendors, not a Mews charge.

This one is real, not our estimate — Mews’ own published worked example is 1.1%++, and under their terms it comes straight out of your merchant account rather than an invoice. It sits outside the all-in figure below, which counts only the licence plus what you’d buy elsewhere.

"No implementation fees" is listed on their pricing page as an enterprise-only benefit — the tell that the lower tiers carry one. Their terms also confirm a 60% cancellation fee on confirmed onsite training inside four weeks, plus travel. We never put a number on it because they never have.

No vendor-confirmed AU number exists anywhere — Mews’ pricing page carries zero currency figures, machine-verified. Best third-party band, EUR 9/room to USD 17/room entry tier. EUR band converted at EUR 1 = AUD 1.635 — not a 24 Jul 2026 spot rate, but mews/PROFILE.md’s own "mid-July 2026" rate (MTFX/CoinCodex); no dated EUR/AUD spot for 24 Jul 2026 exists anywhere in the research corpus, so this rate is carried forward and flagged as a research assumption, not verified as spot.

Questions operators ask
On the licence line alone, maybe not — Mews’ entry price is estimated at $441–730/mo for 30 rooms, which can sit below our $500. But that’s before the apps you’d need to match what we bundle, and before their own published payments margin. All-in, matching us on Mews realistically lands at $1,220–2,000/mo. Ours is $500, full stop.
Their licence (estimated, never published) plus the marketplace apps you’d need for email, SMS, reviews and revenue management — about $775–1,270/mo, capped at eight integrations with two already spent on Booking.com and Expedia. That’s an estimated $1,220–2,000/mo, before their own worked payments-margin example of 1.1%++ (roughly $400–870/mo at 30 rooms). It’s our best-sourced range, not a number Mews publishes.
Yes, and we do it for you: bookings, rates, stay rules, booking sites and guest list, reconnected one at a time so your listings stay live. We move you across free on the yearly plan; on monthly our AI sets you up step by step.
Per their own Master Terms, yes — the subscription term renews automatically for the same duration unless you give 30 days’ written notice, and there’s no termination for convenience. We don’t run contracts like that — you can leave any month.
Judge it in 20 minutes: a booking page that never says "no availability", ad tracking that keeps working after browsers stop tracking, Xero that reconciles itself, guest emails that run themselves — all in the one $500 bill, no marketplace shopping required.
