Your own booking page, commission-free

The booking engine is your own public booking page — your branding, your rooms, your prices. Guests see what's genuinely free, choose their dates and pay you directly, at 11pm on a Sunday, without you doing anything. And there's no commission: every booking taken here is one you keep the full value of, instead of handing a slice to a booking site.

What guests see

One clean page, with the search sitting beside the results. A guest picks their dates and how many people are coming, and the rooms and prices refresh in place — no search button, no second screen. Every search has its own web address, so a guest can send the exact rooms-and-dates view to a partner and both of them see the same thing.

If the dates a guest asks for don't quite work, the page doesn't say "no availability" and lose them — it offers the nearest dates that do work, with prices. See closest-date search.

What happens when someone books

1. The guest chooses a room and enters their details.
2. Accommador holds the room for them while they pay, so nobody else can take it mid-checkout.
3. They pay you directly through your Stripe or PayDollar account.
4. The booking lands on your calendar, confirmed, with the payment already recorded against it.

Your availability stays honest everywhere: the moment a room is held or booked, those dates come off sale on your booking page and on the booking sites you sell through.

No listing required

These bookings live entirely in Accommador. You don't need to be on Airbnb, Booking.com or anywhere else for your booking page to work — it sells your rooms directly, and if direct business is all you want, it can be your only sales channel.

Where everything lives

You set the whole thing up at Distribution → Booking Engine. The tabs there cover the basics (how guests book, your deposit policy), the look of the page (logo, photos, colours), which rooms and prices are shown, discounts (specials and coupon codes), featured stay periods, ad tracking, and widgets for your own website.
