A quick tour of Accommador
Where everything lives: a two-minute walk through the menus you'll use every day, from the calendar to payments, Xero and your reports.
Accommador runs your whole property from one login. This is a two-minute map of where everything lives, so the rest of these guides make sense the first time you read them.
The menus, left to right
- Dashboard — the day at a glance: arrivals, departures, occupancy and money. While you're still setting up, your setup board lives here too.
- Bookings — the calendar and every booking on it. This is the screen most operators keep open all day.
- Guests — the Guest Journey (online check-in), Appointments and Compliance (ID and registration records).
- Operations — Tasks, the day's Schedule, completed work History, your Task Definitions, plus Staff and Owners.
- Distribution — the Channel Manager (your 100+ booking sites), your own Booking Engine, and Revenue Management (rate suggestions).
- Accounting — Payments, Vouchers, Extras, Task Billing and your Xero connection (Settings, Mappings, Reconciliation).
- Reporting — occupancy, revenue, pace and channel production, built automatically from your bookings.
- AI — AI Tools (connect an AI assistant to your property data) and AI Content.
- Settings — the Setup board, Users and admin tools.
The shape of a normal day
- Open Bookings. New bookings from your booking sites and your own booking page are already on the calendar — nothing to enter.
- Check the Dashboard for today's arrivals and departures, and anything that needs a decision.
- Your cleaners work from their own list on their phones; you can see room readiness on the calendar.
- Money looks after itself: deposits and balances are collected on the booking, and everything flows to Xero already coded.
Where to go next
If you're new, start with the setup board — it walks you through going live stage by stage, in the right order. If you're looking for something specific, press / anywhere in these docs and search.
