Invite your team and control what each person can see and do.
- Give your team accessSettings → Users is the roster of everyone with access to Accommador — give each person a role, limit them to certain properties, and switch access off when they leave.
- The built-in rolesSeven ready-made roles cover the common jobs — from Property Admin to Read-only. What each one is for, and how to adjust one when it doesn't quite fit.
- Custom rolesWhen the built-in roles don't quite fit, clone the closest one and adjust exactly what it can see and do — then assign it like any other role.
- Limit a person to certain propertiesOn multi-property accounts, scope a person to just the properties they work at. No limit means they see all of them — including ones you add later.
- When someone leavesDeactivate, don't delete: access ends on the spot, the person's history stays intact, and bringing them back later is one switch.
