Check-in that happens before arrival
Every booking gets a secure link where guests confirm details, sign terms, pay the balance and leave a bond before they arrive — so arrival day is just handing over the keys.
Every booking in Accommador can carry a secure, personal check-in link. Your guest opens it on their phone in the days before they arrive and does the paperwork you would normally do at the desk: confirm who's coming, sign your terms, pay what's owing, leave a security bond and — when the time is right — receive their arrival details. By the time they pull in, the only thing left is the welcome.
What guests do before they arrive
- Confirm their contact details and who's coming with them.
- Read and sign your house rules or hire agreement — see house rules and signed terms.
- Pay the outstanding balance and leave a bond held on their card — see take the balance and bond during check-in.
- Upload ID or a licence where you ask for it — see collect ID securely.
- Book a time for a briefing or key handover where your property runs them — see briefings, inductions and appointment slots.
- Receive door codes or arrival details, but only once your conditions are met — see door codes that appear only when they should.
The journey doesn't stop at arrival either. Steps can run during the stay and at departure — see guest self check-out and feedback, ratings and condition photos.
What it does to your 3pm rush
When check-in happens before arrival, the queue at the desk stops being a queue. Terms are already signed, money is already settled, and you can see at a glance who has finished and who hasn't — so you chase the stragglers instead of processing everyone. Invitations and reminders go out automatically, so most guests finish without you lifting a finger — see when guests get their check-in link.
Safe to send
The link is personal to one booking, and the sensitive steps — ID uploads, registration details, payments — only open after the guest proves it's really them with a one-time code sent to the phone or email on the booking. A forwarded link on its own shows nothing private.
Where it all lives
- Guests → Guest Journey — the flow itself: the steps, the message schedule, the money settings, your documents and your access details, plus the master switch that turns the whole thing on.
- Guests → Appointments — the day's briefing and handover roster.
- Guests → Compliance — ID reviews and registration records.
Each booking's page shows that guest's progress step by step, and the dashboard shows how the coming week's arrivals are tracking. Accommador starts you with a sensible flow for your kind of property — see the ready-made check-in flows — and nothing is sent to any guest until you deliberately switch the journey on.
