Let guests pay whenever they like

Guests can pay their balance — or part of it — any time from their own link, with no double charges and no phone call to you.

Guests don't need you in the room to pay. From their own personal link they can see exactly what their stay costs, what's been paid and what's owing — and settle it whenever suits them, on their own phone. Balances clear before arrival without a single phone call.

Where guests pay

The link you send for online check-in opens the guest's own page, and its money summary shows the live position: total, paid, owing. While anything is owing, a Pay now button takes the full balance, and there's an option to pay part of it instead. Before any payment, the guest confirms a one-time code sent to them — so only the guest can act on the booking. See when guests get the link.

Part-payments

The guest chooses any amount up to the balance owing. Accommador checks the amount at the moment of payment, so a guest can never overpay from this page — and stale numbers never stick. If you add an extra to the booking later, the page shows the new balance and the guest can come back and pay the difference. Tiny token payments are declined to keep the ledger sensible, but paying the exact remaining balance is always allowed, however small it is.

Safe to tap twice

A nervous double-tap or a refreshed page doesn't create a second charge. If a payment for the same amount is already in flight, Accommador reuses it instead of opening a duplicate — the guest ends up on the same secure card page, and only one payment can result.

It lands like any other payment

The moment the card goes through, the payment appears on the booking's Payments tab and the balance drops — the same as if you'd sent a link yourself. Nothing for you to record.

Hold the briefing until the balance is paid

If your check-in flow includes a pre-arrival appointment or briefing, you can require the balance to be settled before the guest can book their slot — a gentle, automatic reason to pay early. See appointments and briefings and balance and bond at check-in.
