Take a phone or walk-in booking

The phone rings, or someone walks up to the desk. You enter the booking once, directly into Accommador, and it is done — on the calendar instantly, and those nights off sale on your booking page and on every connected booking site so nobody else can buy them.

Creating the booking

1. Open Bookings and use the create-booking option. (If you are already looking at the calendar, you can drag across the free nights instead — the form opens with the dates and room pre-filled.)
2. Work through the form: the guest's details, the arrival and departure dates, the room type — and the specific room, if you want to choose it now.
3. Check the price. Any current specials are taken into account, so the price you quote on the phone is the same one your booking page would have offered.
4. Save. The booking appears on the calendar straight away.

There is no booking number to make up — Accommador issues the booking reference automatically the moment the booking is created, so you can read it out to the guest on the spot.

After it's saved

The booking behaves exactly like any other: take a deposit or send a payment link from its payments area, add extras, check the guest in on the day. If you left the room unassigned, it sits in the Unassigned lane until you drag it onto a room — or automatic assignment places it for you.

Troubleshooting

It says the room is sold out or not available

That message means exactly what it says: for the dates you entered, there is genuinely no room of that type free. It is not a fault or a missing-field problem — it is Accommador refusing to let you double-sell a night. Try different dates, a different room type, or check the calendar to see what is actually free. If a guest on the phone is flexible, the calendar view is the quickest way to find them something.

The guest wants to think about it

Take their details and quote the price — but remember the nights stay on sale until a booking is saved. If they call back tomorrow, availability may have changed.
